wpb events offer a free venue finding service. Contact us with your requirements email events@wpb.co.uk and leave the rest to us. You can also telephone us or send a fax; we don't mind how you make an enquiry!

On receipt of your enquiry we will approach venues that we feel suit your particular requirements. To ensure that we fully understand your needs we will need to speak with you, don't worry we promise not to take up too much of your time.

Once we have identified a selection of suitable venues we will check availability and rates. If you have given us dates and they are free we will place a provisional hold on the venue. We will discuss rates with the venue and negotiate rates on your behalf. You will receive a full proposal suggesting a variety of venues for your consideration.

When you have decided which venues are of particular interest we will be happy to escort you on a site inspection of the venue/s. Working with you we will negotiate your contract, advise on the best use of the venue and generally support your decision making process. We take responsibility to ensure fair contracts at the most beneficial rates between clients' venues and sponsors.
